Why am I seeing a 'Serial number could not be saved' message?

There was a problem with the serial number folder permissions set when running previous versions of our applications. If you are now running under a different admin user account or have migrated to another system this can cause the following error to be shown:

Serial number could not be saved.
You do not have write permission for /Library/Application
Support/Digital Heaven/

The issue will be addressed in future application updates but here's how to fix it manually:

- Locate and select this folder:

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Digital Heaven

- Press Command-I to bring up the Get Info window
- Scroll down to the "Sharing" section
- Click the padlock icon to unlock if necessary
- Change the permissions to:

yourusername > read & write
admin > read & write
everyone > read only

- Click the cog icon at the bottom of the window and select "Apply to enclosed items..."
- Launch the application again and enter your new serial number which should now be saved successfully.
