Why am I seeing an error code of -25005 when activating the application?

This error code indicates that there are no unused activations available for that serial number. If you are moving software from an old to a new computer, then you will need to deactivate the application on the old computer first.

Choose [Application Name] > Deactivate Serial Number

and follow the instructions. If this is not possible or the software was manually activated on the old computer, then please contact us.
