What is the current version of DH_Box?Version 1.1 as released on 21st June 2005. This update added compatibility with Final Cut Pro v5 (or later) and a new Smoothing parameter to give more control over image quality when scaling down.
How do I get the update to the current version of DH_Box?
Customers who checked the "Send me information about product updates and offers" option when placing their order should have received the free v1.1 update by email. Please send us an email if you still require the update.
When I unzip the downloaded file, why can't I see the plug-in?
There are two possible reasons why the downloaded file isn't unzipping correctly and showing the expected files:
- If you downloaded on a Windows system then it's important that the file isn't unzipped on that system. Copy the original zip file to the Mac and unzip it there.
- There is a bug in earlier versions of Stuffit Expander when used to unzip files. Here's how to correct the issue:
- Select the zip file in Finder
- Choose File > Get Info
- In the "Open with" section choose BOMArchiveHelper. If it's not in the list choose "Other" and find BOMArchiveHelper at
Macintosh HD/System/Library/CoreServices/BOMArchivehelper - Click the "Change All..." button
- Double click the downloaded file to unzip again
